What are the INSiGHT Scans?

The INSIGHT scans provide a detailed look at how your nervous system is functioning and how your body is adapting to stress. These scans are made up of three components—Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Electromyography (EMG), and Thermal scans—which together help us better understand patterns of stress, tension, and overall regulation within the body.

These assessments are non-invasive, gentle, and completely safe for all ages, including infants, children, and pregnant women. The information gathered allows us to create a care plan that is specific to your body’s needs.
